every woman - no matter who and in what circumstances, must have these 4 things -

1. A degree which allows her to be financially independent.

2. Independent Real estate - it doesn’t matter if the start is just a small (barely there) house. A place of your own is your sanctuary. Start with small steps but keep your eyes on the prize.

3. A deep sense of spirituality in a way that matters to her (no, not an organised religion, but a practice, a homecoming)

4. A deep sense of self worth.
